New Years resolutions

Seems like I took a bit of a break on my blog for the month of December!

Well actually, I sold my personal home, and bought a new one! Two of my listings sold and one of my buyers found a great bargin. Things are definately picking up in Corvallis real estate! Our inventory continues to drop, now with 4.61 months of inventory on the market. A balanced market is considered to be 6 months of inventory. Benton County proper, just dropped under that 6 months marker. Let me know if you'd like copies of this new data.

Tour today was a wet and wild one! I am longing for those nice spring days in Oregon!
